The LEGOFIT stakeholders community

The LEGOFIT Stakeholders’ Community unites professionals from the construction value chain, technology providers, researchers, and others committed to Positive Energy Homes and energy transition in Europe. Originating from LEGOFIT project initiatives, it fosters collaboration, testing, and validation of sustainable solutions. This diverse community includes sectors like research, commercial enterprises, policy, and education, aiming to cultivate relationships and facilitate knowledge exchange. Open to architects, engineers, residents, and financial backers, it promotes innovative energy solutions and collaboration to achieve environmental goals.

The LEGOFIT Stakeholders’ Community serves as a hub for construction value chain professionals, technology providers, researchers, and others dedicated to creating Positive Energy Homes and promoting energy transition and climate neutrality across Europe.

The Stakeholder Community was initially established by working within the scope of the project, along with pilots, to map out the stakeholders for each demo. LEGOFIT contains activities to establish a community of key stakeholders from the construction value chain to interact with for the successful implementation, testing, validation and replication of the project’s activities. The main idea of these activities is to collect all the interested parties into a stakeholder community which focuses on pilot local actors (public authorities, technology providers, utility companies, RTOs, etc.), that will connect the project to the potential replication areas and to the EU market. This community has a wide coverage of dissemination settings and includes the full range of sectors such as research and development, commercial, investment, social, environmental, policy, education and standards. Thereby promoting the LEGOFIT project and encouraging collaboration among industry professionals throughout Europe. This collaborative effort helps to spread effective solutions and drive innovation across sectors. Moreover, for listing the extensive objectives:

  • Developing new relationships
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer between stakeholders and LEGOFIT’s consortium members
  • Encouraging innovation and replication
  • Solving problems in innovative ways
  • Test and validating the LEGOFIT platform by the community
  • Advancing collaboration and networking
