Founded in 1919, the Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM), operates as a social developer, specializing in the design and construction of single-family homes and apartment buildings.
Our field of action covers – alongside the construction itself – operations as varied as the search for and acquisition of building land, the development of specific development plans, the establishment of technical plans for infrastructures and carrying out land viability works.
Role in the project:
SNHBM is the developer of the Luxembourg demo site which consists of 24 new single-family houses in Berg, encompassing energy-efficient technical systems, low carbon construction techniques and a virtual energy community with PV production.
